ibis Styles Wien Messe Prater

Overall nice experience,great lounge/bar/breakfast area. The only downside was we did not have parking and we had to find a spot on a nearby street whilst outside was raining, carrying out luggage. Bathroom well stocked with teeth brush, razor, comb, nail file, hair dryer, slippers, towels, really good. Really confortable bed and pillows. The check in/bar guys were really friendly. Recommend!

Great experience. The hotel is very clean and well organised. The staff is prepared and ready to help. The position of the Hotel is ideal, between the Prater and the city centre. The price, for a city like Vienna, is fair. There is also a Parking lot, which is very useful if you arrive by car. We were there for a group visit for an EU project and the stay was perfectly arranged by Amanda. I recommend this hotel, for business trips as well.

The hotels is pretty nice at this pricepoint. You have got a modern and nice room. Everything but the pillows was good. They were pretty flat and useless. The mattress was firm and comfy and despite there being a busy street just next to the hotel you didn't really notice the noise. The wifi was a little lackluster with about 10 mbps and you had to login once a day. The breakfast is your classic hotel breakfast with a good selection to choose from. The staff was a mixed experience. Some were very attentive and serviceminded and others were cold and seem a little annoyed by you being there. Also while the room was clean upon arrival we never got our soap refilled despite it being empty. Luckily (?) the hand soap seems to be the same as the soap provided for the shower so we could use that. The location was good. We like to walk a lot and could walk to centrum in about 30 minutes. If walking is not your thing there were plenty of public transportation nearby. The hotel has some shortcomings but overall we had a nice stay and would recommend it
